Order Cancellation Policy

At Evolution Watches, we strive to provide excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience. Below are the terms regarding order cancellations:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

For All Customers (USA & EU):

  • You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at evolution dot wr********@***il.com with your order number.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed with a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation After Shipment (EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

3. Cancellation After Shipment (USA & Non-EU Customers)

For U.S. and non-EU customers:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • However, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy (subject to any restocking fees or conditions).

4. Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Items

The following orders/items cannot be canceled or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or not returned in original condition

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation.
  • Credit card processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
